The aim of the present General Conditions of Use (hereafter referred to as “GCU”) is to stipulate the contractual conditions of access, use and supply of the products and services provided by FUTURE VOICE gemeinnützige UG (haftungsbeschränkt), especially those accessed through its website www.futurevoice.org. The use of any of the services offered by FUTURE VOICE requires full acceptance of the GCU.

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of all our users. Your personal data will not be sold or exchanged with third parties.

FUTURE VOICE does not collect personal information (such as your name, address, phone number or e-mail address) on the FUTURE VOICE Website unless you choose to provide it directly to us. In such cases your personal information is stored and processed in accordance with Germany's Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG, Bundesdatenschutzgesetz). The data collected in this context are used and stored to perform the requested service (participation in an event, delivery of publications) and in order to make you aware of the FUTURE VOICE's other events, publications and activities.

Every user who has placed information concerning him or herself on the www.futurevoice.org site has the right  to object to the information, to access it or to rectify it. To exercise this right, you should send an Email to: info(at)futurevoice.org. In this Email you should give your name or the name of your company or organisation, and your physical or electronic address. The requested data or change will be provided within a reasonable period after receipt of the request.

You can unsubscribe to the FUTURE VOICE newsletter at any time via an Email to: info(at)futurevoice.org or via a link provided by FUTURE VOICE in our newsletter.

Our internet offering makes provision for anonymous usage. This website only captures data to the extent that it is technically required and in order to improve the offering. The data are not linked to persons; in other words, there is no way of telling which user retrieved which data. Under no circumstances will the data we collect be sold or made available to third parties for other reasons. The following explanation shows how this protection is enabled and what kind of data are collected and for which purposes. Every time you access or retrieves a file, data about this transaction are temporarily saved and processed. The following data set is saved for each access/download:

The IP address of the computer sending the query is not saved by us. This means that it is not possible to create user profiles linked to individual persons. The collected data are analysed anonymously, and for two reasons only: for statistical purposes and to improve the offering. The data are not used in any other way or made available to third parties.


The FUTURE VOICE website may use cookies for the purpose of FUTURE VOICE’s online services and with the aim of improving personalized service.

A cookie is a small text file which a website saves on your computer's hard drive. Cookies will not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. The cookies generated by our web pages do not contain any of your personal information. You can deactivate the use of cookies at any times in your browser settings.

Web analytics and tracking services

We use the web analytics tool Matoma. This ensures that we have high-performance protection for all our visitors' data. Your data will be saved encrypted for max. 40 days and only on our server. They cannot be viewed by third parties.

Online donations

Visitors to our website can support the work of FUTURE VOICE by becoming a supporter. Our supporter portal is provided and operated by Patreon, Inc. We, FUTURE VOICE, are responsible for the content of the projects presented by us, but not for the technical handling and the support process. Applicable Law and Juridication

The legal regulations applicable to the website’s content and to the transmission of data to and from the website are determined by German law. If one of more of the GCU’s clauses are held to be invalid, or are deemed to be invalid under a law or regulation or as a result of a final decision by a competent court, all the other clauses retain their full force and effect.


The data registered by FUTURE VOICE constitutes proof of use of the services offered and acceptance of the relevant GCU, and proof of the transactions that have taken place. Subject to public policy regulations, FUTURE VOICE may at any time modify the GCU or modify, suspend or interrupt the services offered without any right of recourse on the part of the user, who undertakes to be aware of the GCU in effect at the time when he or she uses services offered. In that case the amended CGU will be posted on our website and will apply from the date we post them.
